FRAIS was born with a desire to provide healthy and nutritious food and drink to the public, an alternative to junk food. “Encouraging healthier eating habits in community and nation” is our motto. We take enormous pride in serving fresh nutritious healthier options to our health conscious customers. We are here to find peace, we are here to find inner love for ourselves, we are here to search the one self. Finally we are here to know that no matter how strong our mind or body can be! we all break down, one thing that can help you is to find peace and your peace can be found on your mat and with your practice.
